The Ultimate Prom Dance Off is a national video competition where high school students perform a group dance they film during their prom. The group dance can be freestyle, hip-hop or any other style of dance. The group must consist of a minimum of 5 students and the video must prove the dance was filmed at prom. The video with the most cumulative votes at the end of the contest wins $2,500 for their school. An additional $20,000 in scholarships will be awarded to up to 5 students who participated in the winning video submission to be used toward one of Grand Canyon University’s College of Fine Arts and Production degree programs…

The 3rd annual Win the Ultimate Prom contest now gives any high school in the U.S. a chance at winning $25,000 for their prom!

Every high school in the nation now has a chance to win $25,000 to use towards the cost of prom with the third annual Win the Ultimate Prom (WUP) contest! In order to win the grand prize, a school has to generate the most votes during the months of September, October and November; with winners announced on December 1, 2008. The contest is sponsored by Grand Canyon University (GCU), one of the fastest growing private Christian universities in the country, and managed by VERGO Marketing, an educational marketing agency, both based in Phoenix, Arizona.
